Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for, Store credit, Refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
All returns must be postmarked within 2 days of the purchase date.
- Only 1 time exchange policy.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, accessories, and original paperwork.
- Final Sale and giveaways cannot be returned or exchanged
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. If you use the prepaid shipping label, AED 10 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges. In case of exchange items, AED 25 will be charged (Pickup from and delivery to, the same customer, at the same time.)
- Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
- Cash payment orders are refunded via an online transfer to a Bank Account or via store credit. Buyer is liable to bear any costs/fees applied by the bank for the transaction and/or currency exchange.
- We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Credit card refunds, once initiated, may take 7-14 Business Days to complete the bank’s processing and be credited to the buyer’s account. Bank Transfers may take 3-5 Business Days for completion once processed.
